Italy need to be fully focused and not go thinking that they are going to progress on pure reputation.
However they do boast the best goalkeeper in the world, the best central defensive pairing,the best deep playmaker the best advanced playmaker in Totti and a very strong attack with Cassano,Gilardino and the mighty and simply amazing Luca Toni!

All Italy need is concentration and focus which i am sure Lippi provides,he did amazing things with Juventus.

I agree that the Azzurri have no one to fear!!

io penso che la sorte vuole rendere la vita troppo difficile ad argentina ed italia e permettere un facile passaggio del turno a germania brasile e francia....fin troppo facile direi.....avete visto il sorteggio matheus prende una pallina e la fa ricadere, ne riprende un altra e casualmente è il costarica...e a noi capitano gli usa....mah

bè ma scusate un attimo, se vogliamo vincere il mondiale non ci sono,ghana,rep.ceca o usa ke tengano, gli dobbiamo aprire il c... a ste squadrette qua!

si ma metti di vincerle tutte avrai dovuto cmq faticare un pò pìù del brasile della francia e della germania, secondo me dovremo faticare moooooooooolto di più....speriamo bene

In the other hand Italy is the only team in this group with real chances of winning the World Cup...
Italy has the strogest team and has finally found a coach who knows how to play entertaining offensive football, so taking all this elements Italy should be able to grab 9 points.
Though I would love to see Italy playing Brazil in the last 16 round, I think Brazil will be praying to avoid this game.
Czech R. & USA will fight for the 2nd place, but Ghana will make all the teams suffer.
The only problem I see, is that ITALY likes starting up slowly, and there won't be room for that in Germany.

Questo è il gruppo il più duro, e non sarà facile per nessuno avanzare. In ogni caso l' Italia è la sola squadra in questo gruppo con le probabilitá reali di vincere la Coppa del Mondo.. L'Italia attualmente ha una squadra fortissima e ha trovato finalmente un allenatore che sa come giocare per intrattenere il calcio offensivo, dunque e sono convinto che vincendo contro queste tre squadre dovrebbe essere in grado di afferrare 9 punti. Nonostante mi piacerebbe vedere il Brasile di giocare contro l' Italia nei 16 ,e io penso che attualmente il Brasile sta pregando per evitare di giocare contro di noi. La Cecoslovacchia. & GLI USA lotteranno per il secondo posto, ma i Ganesi farànno di tutto per far soffrire le altre squadre. Il solo problema che vedo, è che l'ITALIA quando incomincia un mondiale gioca sembre molto lenta. and there won't be room for that in Germany.scusami ma io l'italiano non lo scrivo molto bene, spero che capisci questa mia traduzzione

SECONDO ME NON DBBIAMO ESSERE NOI A PREOCCUPARCI BENSI LORO, CERTO LE SQUADRE COME REP. CECA E USA NON BISOGNA SOTTOVALUTARLI STESSO DISCORSO PER IL GHANA.CMQ DOBBIAMO FARE IL 1° POSTO SE VOGLIAMO EVITARE IL BRASILE. FORZA ITALIA QUESTO E' IL NOSTRO MOMENTO......!!!!!!!
